Very large company - plenty of opportunities to make a difference. Strong desire for improvements and willingness to listen. Good support from management

Very traditional company and often is frustrating when things take longer than they need, are more expensive than they should be or are more difficult that they could be. There are a lot of rules and regulations. But once you are used to things, you can work around them!
