      Working for a large company (at least one like this) is a complete nightmare, full of bureaucracy and theft

      Pros

      Some of my colleagues were exceptionally skilled and did their job.

      Cons

      After graduating from university, I secured a position as a young specialist at one of Rosneft's plants. There, I saw with my own eyes that the education system does not match reality. The materials procurement department inflates prices through its front contractors.
