      Clean work environment (for an industrial workplace) Team culture Great pay Raises/bonuses generally yearly Safety focused Great benefits (medical,dental,vision,401k,vacation)

      Cons

      Focus mostly on seniority as opposed to work ethic and productivity. However, this is quite a specialized field, so in some cases it is understandable

      The Columbus office is small but growing, there is occasional downtime.
