Pros
- Everything is completely WFH
- Freedom to work when suits your schedule (as long as you work the hours and do the tickets/clicks)
Cons
- Salary is extremely low, below the minimum wage factoring in the percentage you have to give to the hiring platform.
- High pressure from management, everything is about completing as much tickets as you're capable off. Risk of burnout/stress doesn't matter that much as they hire on a freelance basis so they can terminate the contract whenever they want.
- They look with a microscope on your productivity. You have to install a tracker that monitors every mouse click and amount of times you pressed your keyboard. If you are inactive for 5 minutes, YOU DON'T GET PAID FOR THAT TIME. Doesn't matter if you go to the toilette or open the door, you need to bring your laptop to keep the work going.
- No office, so you don't ever meet any other teammates
