      Everyone is family...We disagree like family but we work it out in a way that everyone get their point across and are pleased with the outcome.

      Cons

      At time to many Chiefs not enough Indians...With all families who want things perfect.

      Pros

      I feel like I'm part of a family. It starts at the top with the owner and flows all the way through everybody else. They truly care about their employees health and well being, especially during the pandemic. Great pay and also great benefits. I couldn't imagine working for another company!

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working here.
