      I had a fantastic time working for the Ropos; I learned to Innovate and Iterate in a fast-moving environment effectively. Supportive founders who help you grow professionally and professionally.

      Limited research resources, but know how to make most of it.

      There was no delay in salary

      Cons

      -Salary details were not explained clearly in the beginning - Requested for Employment contract document (but when I insisted, they gave me a Word file of one page which described leave days) - Hard to work remotely as it is difficult to report your higherups(if done, they will team up and turn against you)
