Great team. There's nothing like being able to bounce ideas off of other, intelligent, experienced people. High sense of product ownership with opportunities to make your mark. No vacation policy means no time cards to fill out or request forms to submit. Need time off? Just let everyone know, and make sure your stuff gets done. Daily 6 player Mario Kart over a local lan. Snacks. Friday show and tell with beer on tap.
Cons
Honestly it's hard to think of any. If you prefer contract-style work with lots of small projects, this might not be the shop for you. It's product focus, and it tends to iteratively evolve/improve over time rather than letting you focus on green field products.
