Pros
My review about the experience in the Games Division. 1. There are some great engineers, QA and game designers. 2. Remote work. 3. Interesting tasks and challenging projects from leading industry players.
Cons
1. Money comes first. Everything revolves around the Sales Team. In such a situation, it is hard to develop complicated technology products. 2. Terrible work processes. Service departments (accounting, HR, IT, etc.) work very slowly, have poor quality, and don't help. 3. Using people as resources. Constant pressure, often meaningless. 4. Lots of politics and toxic culture. Denunciations are encouraged, and you constantly need to make excuses. 5. The management doesn't understand how to achieve the goals, constantly changes the course and strategy. But you should be done everything yesterday. 6. Overtimes are the standard. And you won't be paid for them. "We are one team" and all this traditional nonsense. 7. You can't go on rest, because there is a constant rush. 8. Once you start to say about that and you will be branded as a toxic pig. 9. The "team" will immediately forget about you when you are fired for a few mistakes within a short period without any compensation.
