Pros
Great retirement plan *Decent* base salary with a lot of bonus potential if you're good at your job. A physically active role that keeps you away from mundane desk work If you know how to play the game, culture is decent. Colleagues can be enjoyable
Cons
There can be favoritism A bad or lack of store staff can impact your bonus Base salary should be higher. Lets be real, multiple price increases to customers throughout the year, but the employees got nothing per usual. Nothing like the 'hey, things are getting more expensive, we gotta raise the prices 30%' but giving employees 3% raises. Not to mention the record breaking profits year after year. Lack of staff. You're constantly running lean. Colleagues can also be unejoyable
