Pros
Clothes were cheap.. because they were cheap. Free money for clothes. I loved my coworkers. I even loved my DM and the other SM in my district. What I didn't like was the way the owner made us run his company.
Cons
LOW pay on salary in a state where you are supposed to be paid overtime. They talked me into quitting my job of 7 years to work for their new up and coming company so I could open their first store in California. Little did I and my staff know that this was a lie. Right towards the end of my employment we found out that the company had previously had 3 stores throughout California that they closed years ago. They paid me flat salary and pressured me into doing so much work that I was in my store 50+ hours a week to get tasks completed, ended up making around $10 an hour some weeks. Then three months into my employment we got a phone call that they were shutting down every store 5 days later. That was all the time we got. No health care, unorganized, terrible technology, Small cheap clothes, talked to everyone about you if they didn't like you.
