We do not tolerate bullying at any level of the organisation and are committed to the highest standards of quality, honesty and accountability. We recognise, however, that situations can arise whereby an employee may become aware of some serious wrongdoing in the workplace. We believe we have a duty to take appropriate measures to identify such situations and attempt to remedy them. By encouraging a culture of openness and accountability within the organisation, we believe that we can help prevent such situations occurring. With regards the other points made we do recognise that some parts of the business still rely on legacy models however we do continue to move toward more agile and iterative approaches to improve flexibility and ownership.
