Pros

Talented and often exceptional colleagues Exciting and important work/technology development Working with customers such as MOD and Army

Cons

Bullying is rampant from the senior leadership, especially the CEO. The company working culture is all about time utilisation and waterfall project management. Trusted colleagues are frequently ‘disappeared’ with no explanation. You catch yourself wondering where they are only to find their details expunged from the system. The company moves agonisingly slow on anything and frequently runs over budget, panics and starts shifting staff on to make work to cover their blushes.

We do not tolerate bullying at any level of the organisation and are committed to the highest standards of quality, honesty and accountability. We recognise, however, that situations can arise whereby an employee may become aware of some serious wrongdoing in the workplace. We believe we have a duty to take appropriate measures to identify such situations and attempt to remedy them. By encouraging a culture of openness and accountability within the organisation, we believe that we can help prevent such situations occurring. With regards the other points made we do recognise that some parts of the business still rely on legacy models however we do continue to move toward more agile and iterative approaches to improve flexibility and ownership. Interesting, technically engaging work Friendly and approachable colleagues Clear ambition in projects and delivery

Cons

Transition from contract to permanent can take some adjustment. Lots of interesting work available, which can make it hard to choose what to get involved in.

Interesting products, good onboarding process, Very welcoming staff at all levels.

Cons

Quite a lot of unnecessary processes, but there is a desire to improve this.
