Company offers insurance. The coworkers were nice. Company will pay for certifications if needed or wanted. Employees get yearly bonuses
Cons
Owner screams and yells on a daily basis at everyone. Completely unprofessional. Small family run business. If one person doesn't like you they will single you out and refuse to help with anything needed. No recognition for good work.
