      There are A LOT. Mostly they need to see the unhappiness of their employees and put in some action around resolving that. Not just waiting for them to leave and then to replace them.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working for Rodial. I have flexibility and control of my days/times as long as we are productive. No micromanaging due to the amount of trust that is given from employer to employee and visa versa. Management gives all tools needed for success along with all the knowledge needed. Communication is great from all levels. We are all a team and work as a team not as individuals. We are so supported in all we do with ideas and the ability to be creative. Best company I have ever worked for.
