Very low commission since implementing the new pay system.

I loved working at R&F. It was a family business and the doctors and husbands worked there as well. The benefits were great. I worked just after private equity bought them out and things were beginning to change, and not for the better.

It got to be depressing after several rounds of layoffs and the private equity replacing upper management.
