Great stable company, great benefits, great work/life balance

Very slow to change, when change in needed

Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
