      Salary was good for that time, Opportunities to get certificates in 6 sigma and other, Structured approach, Very ethical company with no drama among employees.

      Cons

      Boring gray working environment. I had no problem with it, but if you after the team buildings, parties and fun things, it is not a place for you.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
