Pros
I love the team I work with everyday. Everyone at Rockwell has been incredibly supportive and helpful and it’s very much a team environment.
Cons
The processes and lack of communication from leadership makes the job a lot more difficult than it should be. Company is constantly launching new offerings and changing things without providing any guidance to customer facing employees. Makes my job very frustrating.
