      It is what you make it. The culture is top tier. Don’t need to work 60 hours to get the job done.

      Supply chain has been a total drag.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
