Pros
1. Good people to work with 2. Gives people certain freedom - free thinking allowed. 3. Diversity 4. Flex-work 5. Overall I like coming to work
Cons
1. A pay cut during Covid-19 to almost all employees (no end-year bonus is foreseen), but so far the dividend doesn't seem to be affected (Employees and shareholders should share the good and bad times too) 2. Sometimes cumbersome in taking decisions (need a lot of Director and VP approvals) 3. Some decisions to save money actually cost more than they save, but senior management ignored warnings.
