      A good place to work, lots of things to learn, lots of opportunities for employee to grow, ethical, professional, good medical insurance

      lots of policies and rules, decision making takes time, hard to make changes

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
