      Pros

      Good Benefits (car allowance, petrol card, medical aid, provident fund, petrol card, cellphone). Competitive Salary. Exposure to a lot of technology.

      Cons

      Have to go through a rigid system to move up- time working is a major factor which I don't agree with. Over often required

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
