Everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful

There weren’t any things I can think of

Not much that I can think of.

-The company has been hit hard the last couple of years to the point that many senior leaders have either left or been forced out due to significantly reduced incentives and cost cutting. -There is a horrible “kiss the ring” culture where you get promoted based on sucking up rather than actual work performance. -The company is a sinking ship stuck in the success of the past (not the present). If they do not learn to move into the 21st century, they will be left behind. -Diversity and inclusion is not supported here.
