Pros
Lots of company events to boost moral and inter-department mingling: ie Pizza Fridays, Bowling night, Halloween costume competition, etc Good pay and great benefits High quality cafeteria in the same building, good overall security, access to the buildings gym Lots of room to grow and for promotions
Cons
Business can spike in order to meet deadlines and satisfy some recently acquired clients. This year was the biggest hiring boom in the companies history, so there was a little confusion here and there on training. [This is actually the cause of a few of the more recent negative reviews. Too many new hires at once and not enough time for proper training.]
