We pride ourselves in taking feedback from the team and directly making positive changes to the org. We are sorry you felt the sales team was a revolving door - we actually have incredibly strong retention within the sales organization compared to industry benchmarks.
We also never like to hear that people don’t feel supported in their growth and learning. This past quarter we invested in sales specific training that the entire sales team did in-person together. We also have a robust onboarding program that spans 6 months and is aimed at providing in depth training to set the team up for success. Additionally, we now have company-wide learning and development programs, including a weekly team-led lunch n learn program that allows for optimal learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Again, we sincerely appreciate the feedback as it provides us with a learning opportunity for growth. We will continue working with our team by having an open dialogue for improvements.
