Perks, lots of perks for working with this company.
Cons
They will sell you a dream. Tell you you're going to make 6 figures your first year but what they don't tell you the amount of work that goes into it. They will give you recycled accounts and you will be expected to work miracles. Sometimes you can, but other times you can't. Also micromanaging is the only management style here.
