Pros
The team is a team. Everyone works together to get projects done. Input is valued and appreciated. Clients are brought in with correct expectations from the get go, thanks to the great sales and account management team. The ameneties on-site make you feel like it's not really work, but fun with work added. This is a great place to work and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Internet marketing field.
Cons
If you don't like HVAC or Home Services as the target industry, then this might not be your bag. But if it is... then you are set!! I would say it was unexpected how much I enjoyed working with these types of clients.
