A fast-paced environment that allows you to be creative and run with your ideas. Things change rapidly as RockED is still in start-up mode so you need to be willing to adapt. The team as a whole is building a great product. Everyone has a lot of ideas on how to make this an impactful product for the industry and work together with our partners. Very collaborative among departments and with the Executive Team. Decisions and Projects can be developed at a fast pace if you are willing to put the work in.

Startups are not for everyone. If you are not willing to put in the work and see the overall bigger picture and what lies ahead, a start-up is not for you.
