Disappointing experience - PR Account Manager Rock Kitchen Harris Employee Review

Lack of progression/opportunities is a real issue and has led to regular turnover rather than rewarding hardworking staff. From the conversations I had with direct colleagues while working there, I learned that demoralisation is common. Unfortunately, this led to me having a disappointing experience at RKH. It is my assessment, that I believe would be supported by previous colleagues that left and some that still remain, that the PR leadership team at RKH seem to have their head in the sand about these things and not learn the lessons. I expect they will continue as they are despite the criticism that has been received about employee job satisfaction and happiness..
