      Great leaders, great people, and can learn a lot. Given opportunities if you work hard.

      Cons

      Big company, things take time to move. If you can be patient enough to get through that, then you'll enjoy it.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
