      - Great environment to work - Lots of opportunities to work around the globe - Heavy globalization culture that allows you to improve communication and language skills

      Cons

      - Decisions are mainly taken in Europe and USA and took some time to be applied in all affiliates, in a very competitive market, this can be a bad thing - Lots of top-down decisions without empowering some job level that can help to improve processes

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
