No pros at all .

1. You will be given task which are not in your designation 2. No overtime is paid but if you came late by a minute salary will be deducted. 3. Less salary more work and 10% of salary deduction which employee get to know after joining 4. No sat off and only nation holidays given 5. Only 6 paid leaves that too after 1 yr 6. No proper management 7. Hike in salary after 1 yr which will be hardly few percent 15 -30%
