      Pros

      Competitive salary, free lunch and it’s a gaming company so super fun to play with colleagues and hang out. Collaborative and positive atmosphere.

      Cons

      As of now I don’t see any Con so not sure what to mention here. I guess make the office more appealing and fancy 😀. It looks very simple.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
