      Pros

      Great work environment. It can get loud at times due to the open floor plan, but we get reimbursed $300 for noise canceling headphones! We just moved into a new spot, so the building is beautiful and big. My manager is supportive with my career growth and is coaching me along the way.

      Cons

      We're growing at a rapid speed - running out of space.. but luckily we will eventually expand to have an additional building.

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
