      Fine, established company that cares about people. Ahead of the curve in technology when pandemic hit. Leveraging lessons learned from lockdown and attempting to use these to benefit employees.

      Cons

      Constrained culturally. Old company with some old ideas on leadership. Vague processes that need updating and clarification. Attempting to grow in these areas but struggling.

      Great benefits package. Supervisors are not down your throat. Self motivated company with good core values that takes care of their employees.

      Cons

      Hard to find to many cons. At times overloaded work load. Unpredictable schedule for field employees. Disconnect from upper management.
