With manufacturing , there are slow periods and fast periods . It is tough to be consistent.

Good atmosphere and people, everyone is friendly and the work is very laid back, everything is chill

Said I didn’t follow instructions but I always did whatever my boss asked and always asked for a task to stay busy, they tend to fire temps before the 90 day period, like always, unless you get hired in, don’t expect to stay. You also get sectioned out if you are not known by people or if people get a bad rep about you (ex not having your own tools yet) and you usually get thrown under the bus to the point of pure sabotage. The bosses have favorites who they let come late and everything else all the time, or where they can leave at lunch but write down on their time paper they stayed for the whole day when the boss is gone for a trip. Company is great, but the people who run it are just something.
