Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m really pleased that you valued the networking opportunities and found your colleagues to be friendly. However, I am concerned by the other points you have raised in your review. Providing a positive work environment where everyone is treated fairly and with respect is a key priority for me so I would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail. I encourage you to contact me in confidence at jeremy.sampson@robertwalters.co.jp – Many thanks, Jeremy Sampson - Managing Director Japan & Korea.
The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers
Cons
Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
-Great if you are building your skillset in the recruitment space
-Very large clients to work with if you want that experience
Cons
-Did not have bonus for 1 year and almost did not for the year after
only reason as to why we did it was due to layoffs
-Lots of management changes throughout my time there, and it is all moving to helicopter managers who do not know how to give constructive feedback
- Had the largest workload ever, very similar to agency space but not agency pay
- Commission is paid quarterly instead of monthly if you are in a recruiting space
-Recruiters will make more overall than the Recruitment Partners
