Small enough to get to know everyone and everyone actually does get along. Hard pressed to find someone within the company that didn't like working there.
Cons
Solar in Nevada is sketchy so that has created a less of a demand on the residential solar side for the entire state. Don't really have anything bad to say about the company itself.
