Pros
Great team to work with, Narayan and Manoj are very accommodating of all employees needs. Lots of opportunity to learn new technologies and the management is doing a good job in getting new clients and improving the scope of the product.
Cons
compensation can be better, but since its a start up, growth opportunity is good if you start early.
