Work-from-home perks overshadowed by punitive policies - Nurse Practitioner Ro Employee Review

Very punitive. You're given weekly educational updates that you must acknowledge reading and understanding by the end of the week. Heaven forbid that you go on vacation without your computer making it impossible to read and acknowledge the update. You get a red mark on your employment record. You're told that you can appeal (which I did). My appeal was denied. I'm a 1099 employee. This is an income stream for me. I should be able to go on vacation and not take my laptop. For a "healthcare" company, they're clueless about the importance to self-care. They value profits over people. I'll be leaving by the end of the year - once all my debts are paid.
