Pros
My experience working at RDG has been truly unmatched, and I will always treasure the time I spent with such an exceptional team and organization. RDG operates from a foundation of care, collaboration, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. These values are not just talked about, they are lived and modeled from the top down.
There’s a reason RDG is a proud recipient of the Great Place to Work award. In my 7+ years in the industry, I have never encountered an executive team, especially a Chief People Officer, so deeply involved and committed to the safeguard, development and well-being of their people.
It is deeply disappointing to see reviews from toxic individuals who are clearly being disingenuous and dishonest, particularly when coming from people who demonstrates unprofessional behavior.
RDGs CPO enforces work-life balance, and has made it explicitly clear during multiple HR meetings that no one, including myself as an HR Manager who supported venue-level ER matters, was expected to work weekends or ‘24/7’. In fact, the CPO personally handled weekend coverage.
During my entire tenure, I was never required to work a full weekend.
I know first hand RDG’s commitment to diversity in leadership. RDG proudly hires and promotes individuals of diverse backgrounds, including people of color, into leadership roles. Promotions are based on readiness, capability, and performance. It is both inappropriate and unprofessional for anyone to make uninformed assumptions or baseless accusations about promotion decisions.
RDG offers plenty of opportunities for learning & development across the board.
Cons
There are no cons from working at RDG. At RDG culture thrives and people grow
