racist goes out of way to only have whites and non blacks in certain job positions especially if your a black male riverview doesnt want black male techs and black male nurses unless the nurse isnt from america theres a reason why the nightshift has more black workers on medsurg compared to the morning which has mostly white techs and nurses if your white you have a good chance of getting hired here for higher positions
