From the leadership to fellow team members, there is always a helping hand and an open ear to lend support, making the workplace feel like a true community. Competitive Compensation: I am grateful that my company offers a competitive salary package. It demonstrates their commitment to valuing and rewarding their employees for their hard work and dedication. Exciting Projects: The diversity and complexity of the projects I get to work on are truly exciting. They challenge me to grow professionally and creatively, providing a stimulating environment for personal development.

      Managerial Challenges: Like any organization, we do encounter some challenges with certain managers. I believe that open communication and empathy can help address any issues and foster better working relationships. Complex Team Structure: The team structure can sometimes be intricate, making it challenging to navigate. Simplifying the organization could improve collaboration and streamline processes, allowing us to work together even more seamlessly. Job Security Concerns: I understand that the company operates in a dynamic environment, but occasional concerns about job security can cause some unease. I hope for transparent communication about changes and decisions to help alleviate these worries.

      Pros

      As an employee, I feel very appreciated. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my professional and private challenges well. Because of these opportunities and benefits and the work that satisfies me, I can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment. My supervisor in particular supports me in all things. I always feel well informed about new developments in the company. I would recommend Riverty as an employer to anyone, who is close to me.

      Cons

      Riverty could join Hansefit. Then you could keep fitter. And some internal processes take a little longer, but that's understandable for such a large company.
