Pay sucks, no bonuses, unappreciated - Cerified Phlebotomist Riverside Health Employee Review

The pay is crap, they are years behind what Sentara does, barley get any bonuses, any ancilary staff is undervalued and under paid. They just made the minimum pay $15/hr but failed to fairley comensate other employees for their job titles and time here. It is a joke sometimes how clueless the administration is.
