Pros
It's true with what the other reviews indicated. This is a very rewarding job because of what you accomplish and how you help individuals with disabilities. Knowing you made a positive impact in someone's life is rewarding.
Cons
Management seems like they've never "managed" before. Very clickish leadership team that acts inappropriately towards staff at times. Management will also say what you want to hear but then their actions prove differently. Very high expectations of performance but compensation is a joke. Also, they are willing to make personnel cuts to people who provide direct support to individuals with disabiliries, rather than take a salary cut for the leadership team, who's makining an exorbinate amount for the role they play.
