Pros
can't think of one. not money. not fun. anything I could say positive turned out to be the fake attitude of management.
Cons
look, you can do better. I mean it. don't work here. there is a reason their turnover is out of control. you'll be weeded within the first two hours of your shift. it's crowded and they overseat even when you say OUT LOUD you're not ready for another table. they will fire you over email out of the blue without given you proper training or talking to you like a true leader should. I helped literally build that place like, painting re-organizing and trying to get it all done before their relaunch which happened probably two weeks too early. you can't even get coffee refills to your table, the kitchen is in WAY over their heads and they don't even have POS systems to use. they make you come in an hour early and don't pay you for it. you're not set up for success there. they do not know what they are doing. you'll wake up at 5AM every morning, invest yourself and work the best you can with NO leadership or direction then management will blame you for not fixing things they never spoke to you about. trust me guys, don't apply. they've had this listing up every week because it's just not worth it and people quit or they fire without warning or valid reason. save yourself the headache.
