From my very first day, it was obvious that the management team cares about the employees and is devoted to providing an environment where people can mature, work together, and achieve their goals. Communication is open, standards are defined, and all members of the community, be it the administration or the staff, are respectful to each other. The culture is what the company most resembles: caring, breakthrough, and geared to continual progress. It is welcomed to have new ideas, it is recognized to have made contributions and there is a real feeling of unity among the different departments. The employees are always encouraged to develop their skills through training, mentorship, or simply by having the opportunity to assume new roles.
