Pros

The environment is very casual and fun with very helpful managers and techs who will always work with you if you struggle even a little. Great place to learn or improve existing skills and has excellent growth potential. Ryan is a really down to earth CEO and an enjoyable person to have in the office and lead the team.

Cons

Will have to travel to client locations which can sometimes be a pretty far drive, Not really a con but some may think it is.

Pros

Rivell is a pleasure to work for. From my very first day, it was obvious that the management team cares about the employees and is devoted to providing an environment where people can mature, work together, and achieve their goals. Communication is open, standards are defined, and all members of the community, be it the administration or the staff, are respectful to each other. The culture is what the company most resembles: caring, breakthrough, and geared to continual progress. It is welcomed to have new ideas, it is recognized to have made contributions and there is a real feeling of unity among the different departments. The employees are always encouraged to develop their skills through training, mentorship, or simply by having the opportunity to assume new roles.

Cons

Not much comes to mind honestly, it truly is an all in all great time working at Rivell!
