      Pros

      The products are truly high quality and smell gorgeous, which makes them easy to stand behind and rewarding to sell. Company really cares about employees and rewarded us regularly with gratis and tons of presents at the holidays. Achievements do not go unnoticed.

      Cons

      Sales assistants don't have a ton of room for growth. Some pressure toward the end of the week/month to achieve a sales target, can cause some stress.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
