Pros
The employees were very friendly. The production floor was the cleanest and best lit of any manufacturing area I had seen. I felt at ease the first week that I started there with all the engineers and techs.
Cons
No opportunity for growth. Head of HR is also the owner/presidents father. The management keeps coming up with promotions for themselves to the point of there are too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.
