Pros
It's an interesting and challenging industry. When I was at Ritani there were some people that were fun to work with and trying to do good things. The pay was on the high end.
Cons
I can't recommend that anyone work here. It's a toxic environment that trickles down from management. I don't know how the doors are still open. Things may have gotten better since my time there, but I highly doubt it.
