Pros
Friendly team Lots of room for independent work and projects Good location (shoreditch) Some great events (Rise Art Prize was really fun to be involved in) Creative workload Big responsibility and pushed to prove yourself Loads of potential for company to grow
Cons
More structure as is quite a young company - things such as salaries often not laid out so clearly in terms of how progression will be made etc. I think this is something that will develop as the company grows however.
